Blue, Brown Breasted Leghorns

 Blue Leghorn is the most attractive of all the varieties in the breed, and is perhaps, one of the most difficult to produce. They are a flighty bird as with most of the leghorn breed.

They are a great layer usually starting around 18 weeks. But with all blues of any breed, they do not breed true, the offspring of a blue rooster over a blue hen will be 50% blue, 25% splash and 25% black.
